How many pages should I add?

Most organizations add 4-8 additional pages. This range will give you a strong website foundation from the get-go.

This can cover pages like About Us, Board Members, Contact Us, Programs, Registration, and any other information you'd like to include on your site.

Which pages should I add?

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. What is the most important information I want published on my website?
  2. What information are our members looking for on our website?

Once you identify these pages, you can start creating that content for our design team. If you have an existing site, you probably already have this important information at your fingertips!

The most common additional pages chosen include About Us, Board Members, Contact Us, Programs, Registration, and Resources.

Does it take TeamSnap longer to build a website with additional pages?

While additional pages involve more content, our website package timelines remain the same. As long as you can provide the content we need to build your pages, you won't experience any delays!

How do I provide TeamSnap our page content?

Our website project team will create & provide you access to your own Google Drive folder. All you need to do is provide us with text, images, and files, then we'll take care of the rest!

I'm not sure if we need additional pages. Can we purchase pages later?

If you aren't 100% sure whether you want our team to build pages for you - No stress! You can also contact your Customer Success Manager to have our design team build your additional pages.
